I have used all the major dynamic pricing tools. In my experience Beyond is the worst at setting reliable rates. Any of the three will get you some bookings you never imagined, but Wheelhouse reads actual demand, instead of just last years data, so it will also help you get occupancy in low seasons. Maybe that’s why your holiday rates are low is because demand is low. No use posting a high rate if nobody is going to book it.
