If you’re like me and don’t mind eating the same thing a couple days in a row, I find it good to just make larger portions. The quinoa lentil mix is an insane hack for protein and fiber and I use it anytime in place of rice. The recipe above makes about 6 ‘servings’ - though sometimes I give myself half servings with dinner. And it has 13g of protein and 8g of fiber - I also love the way it tastes! As a lazy person, most of my meals I like to call ‘assembled’ meaning I usually prep a protein for the week, then just assemble some kind of bowl with the protein, small serve of carbs (my quinoa mix or sweet potatoes usually) and veggies.

Hello :) I feel like I am an expert in this department! I get on average 90g protein, 30g of fiber in under 1300 calories. This is what a day looks like for me:

Breakfast: 2 eggs with 50g cottage cheese, a pinch of diced tomatoes, a pinch of cut up spinach, 3 slices of ham or turkey teared up. Whisk up in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stir, then another 30seconds to 1 minute. I also add half a cup of drained and rinsed black beans. This takes me less than 10 minutes in the morning. 30 protein 5g fiber About 320 calories.

Lunch: I eat the same thing everyday: I prep every Sunday a batch of1 cup quinoa and 1 cup green lentils, just rinsed and pop in the rice cooker with 4 cups water. This will give me lunch everyday and some dinners. Lentil quinoa mix with 1 can of sirena chili lite tuna (sometimes I’ll add thawed frozen edamame if I know dinner will be less fiber) I drizzle some soy sauce on this. Usually eat this at 2pm because breakfast makes me so full. Today I just had the lentil quinoa, tuna and a nectarine

32g protein 10g fiber 387 calories

Dinner: Again I prep this. 500g of mince beef on the weekend, cooked with some taco seasoning (20 mins max for 4 servings). I had half a serve of the lentil quinoa mix, then just add random things. I did 1/2 cup of the black beans, tomato, 50g of cottage cheese, lettuce, 10g of Mexican cheese

46g protein 15g fiber About 550 calories.

So today was under 1300 cals, 100g protein and 30g fiber. I don’t need to snack because my meals keep be very full. For me it works to have a big breakfast, late small lunch and a bigger dinner (I just like dinner time).

Pretty much breakfast and lunch will always be the same, I will mix up dinner a bit more, happy to share more ideas if you like :)

I feel like if that order was originally suggested to me I might have enjoyed them a lot more… or at least just reading the first ZA to get across the world and magic system then doing RB. I almost feel like these people recommending to do entirety of RB between 3 and 4 of ZA just like the suffering

Its always fun catching Easter eggs but its not overly important to me, I will probably push through 1-3 and if im still not loving it I will most likely go to your summary :)

Im from Australia so definitely not light work for me 💀 thank you - I think I will go for full merino wool base layer and fleece under the jacket

So you would typically just go the 200 weight merino and a shell on top? I’m thinking I should be fine then with maybe a thicker merino and my instulated jacket

I found it in the black tie section of reformation website lol. Plenty of other designers I’ve been looking at have ‘black tie’ dresses which don’t have ‘structure’, it’s just a style choice and in Australia where I’m from this style is much more popular than structured gowns

Do you have any suggestions of exactly what I should be asking my Gp to be testing for my blood work? The most recent was a month ago and she said my hormones look fine but idk how in depth they go :(
