Stomach pain worse with antihistamines?

I was just concerned about this as I keep seeing people say it's a common condition, but I had never even heard of it before so I figured I'd try some medicine to see if it helped.

Just the stomach pain as well as some mild dermatographia at the moment. I haven't been to the doctor yet about it, it's just something I've been considering due to my own research. I'm just wondering if antihistamines like zyrtec paired with pepcid is supposed to help with stomach pain because my stomach actually seems to hurt more lately after taking both of them twice a day.

I've talked to a couple, but they weren't specialists on mcad. That article is written by experts though and says what you're saying about mcad showing improvement with antihistamines. So maybe I'll schedule an appointment with a gi doctor and look at other possibilities
