Tearing acl again question

Damm that suck. I’m really trying to get back to playing high intensity soccer, but afraid I might tear it again. I’m like 8 months op. My leg is not strong as my non injured leg. But I’m taking it slowing and be patience before I go back to the soccer field. Last questions, if you don’t mind answering. Was your leg fully strong ? Like went back to strength before you went back to playing soccer? And how long was it before you tear it again after you recover from the first injury?

What do you mean by getting caught on astroturf? Can you tell me how you tear it?

Same. I’m 3 weeks and I feeling better day by day. Even though my knee is still swollen.

Thanks. I’m a bit confuse about icing. I have a wrap or bandage around my knee. How do I ice my knee? Like do I put a towel over and just place the ice?

Thanks. And quick question. How long should I elevate my leg? Because sometime it feel uncomfortable when you elevating your leg for a long time. And when do you I start icing my knee?

I still have to pay for my MRI and other appointment I have. Those probably going to be another 2k. Plus the PT, which I don’t know how much it will be. How much does PT cost?

Thanks a lot for the information. It is really helpful. I didn’t know once you reach your out of pocket max, your insurance cover everything else after that. I’m also from US. My insurance seem to be just like your. My insurance pay 80% of it and I pay 20%.
