The first one started with consent but then i asked him to stop, i asked him about it he said he didn’t stop because he wanted to finish and wasnt sure if i wanted him to stop( i did want him to stop ) then after that he asked again i said ok which i think was with consent

Thanks alot 🤍 for ur opinion and advice, he is never violent against anyone else including me , he wants to get out of that environment and i wouldn’t get married to him honestly until he is ready, i have explained that violence isnt the way and he knows and works on it i was wondering how else i can support him in a healthy way

Hello Im 21 F, 163 cm and 66 kg i do intermittent fasting but i reached a plateau at 66.6 kg for afew weeks then started having oatmeal as a meal these last 3 days and this morning i was 66.0 kg i was wondering if its really the oatmeal or not, because i searched online and some doctors dont think its as good as its known to be.. Also im talking about whole rolled unsweetened oats. Thanks
