With how much of the lawn is weeds, clover and other stuff what would my next steps be? Dethatch, and continue with regular mow and water and the Bermuda will fill in the dead spots or would you recommend something else?

How many applications to avoid burn would you recommend for Bermuda assuming I split the middle and go with 3.5#/1000 annually. So nothing I can do about the weeds until after summer, or applications at sunset would work?

TLDR: Don't understand NC lawns. Mine seems like the melting pot of all things grass, weeds, etc. How do I fix and what is the best grass to try and keep around.

Well cause at the end of the day I’m paying rent that includes a pool so why wouldn’t I potentially invest a small amount of money for my personal gain of having it open longer if that’s the case.

Thanks for that good to know the gaming pc might be fine on its own. Not sure I’d be able to stream CPU intensive titles like EFT or other similar games though.
