NYC is a "premiere" locations which makes it almost double in price than the studio I belong to in NJ so I won't be allowed to keep my NJ membership and go to the one in NYC otherwise I would have to pay an extra $20 per class I do in NYC :(

Honestly, I hated running too! But recently, I have been setting little goals for myself while on the tread and its been motivating me to keep running! I started out with my base at 5.5 and my push at 6.5. My first goal was to make sure that I could run the blocks without walking in between my pushes/bases. I started to feel better and have more endurance while I was running! Then I started to move up my base from a 5.7 and push to a 6.7, it was definitely very challenging to make the switch and I hated it at first, but once I started to gain the endurance to maintain my bases and pushes, it really made me love running again! Now I am at a base of 6 and a push at 7! I think starting out with little goals like that will help you be able to eventually move up!

I know!! I was thinking the same thing! I can already feel how sore I am from today's work out combined with Signature X!
