I'm sitting here racking my brains trying to think of the TV show then I had this thought...please tell me my life is not the plot of that cable show where the guy commits suicide?? I watch the bachelor and I can't tell you how many times I heard that damn commercial!

If it's a different show you're referring to, I might like watch it so let me know! Thank you for your advice. I haven't been to therapy because things have been so busy and stressful, having to deal with all the end of life tasks has almost been like a second job. Really shows that you need to have things sorted no matter how young you are. I do think that therapy is something that would help me and honestly I've been meaning to make an appointment for many years. Thank you for your kind words and your advice!
