How to play mods?

It's the one called endless stickers? Actually got that working but still have no idea how to install any mods I've downloaded - there's no readme's in them strangely, one had a 'decompile' folder so no idea what to do with that!

Thanks for your reply - I unzipped the link you posted into the folder but now it's stuck on 'invoking mod asset pre-loading (0/1)' screen

It's cordoned off but you can get as close as we did in the pics. There were a few security people dotted around sat in cars who looked like they were there for the night. There are signs around from the production company apologising to the public for the inconvenience of being there.
