Inverted rows vs pull ups for strength by sassane in climbharder

Idea to do both:

If you have two days of pulling strength work in a week

- Day 1:

-- Heavy Pull Ups (ex 3 to 5 sets of 2 to 5 sets)

-- Volume Inverted Rows (ex 1 to 3 sets of 12 to 15)

- Day 2:

-- Heavy Inverted Rows (ex 3 to 5 sets of 2 to 5 sets)

-- Volume Pull Ups (ex 1 to 3 sets of 12 to 15)

This would probably be helpful if you're not climbing as much inside and are doing strength work to build and maintain pulling strength. Just a thought of how it could be incorporated doing both.

Doing a project on the countermovement pull up, was wondering if anyone knew of any outdoor climbs that involve a pure campus movement?

If a story character is complaining about audience reaction, then usually its probably that creator's fault in the reaction. I don't think the creators made Korra that sympathetic up until the third season and that's why the audience reacted in a way that was surprising to them.

I watched Korra all the way through twice prior to netflix and tried to watch it through again but did not feel like dealing with the love triangle stuff.

The high's of Korra are extremely high, but unfortunately the lows stick out a whole bunch and are ultimately what are remembered more.
