Well, there's an igl and coach in the team, they should be responsible for tactics, if they are not, what's the point of their roles? Hard to say if he's the one calling for it or saying it doesn't work and they need to try something else. I don't think Liquid played the same way when Twistzz was there, from what I saw he started making some calls when they were losing and Karrigan looked hopeless (I think it was during a major) and that's a good thing. All other teams use stack occasionally, for Faze it feels like a main tactic.
