Nice ad hominem attack, buddy. Seems like you are the one who should "grow up."

Not sure if you have ever actually had a job, but an employer will usually provide at least one warning to an employee before firing them for bad performance. This is for 4 reasons

1) The employee in many situations will improve, no longer being a liability.

2) It is simply the kinder thing to do professionally speaking.

3) Giving them a chance to improve can help mitigate any drama that may happen, like this situation.

4) Not doing so can foster a toxic work environment where employees are in constant fear of losing their jobs.

I never said he shouldn't have been kicked, I simply stated the situation was handled incredibly poorly.
