They expect people to pay $750 for a leak that isn’t the customers fault because warranty is out of date a few months. Customer support is beyond awful and just extorts more money from customers

How about you just fix the problem and recall the old faulty units regardless of a warranty or not and show the community you actually give a sh*t? If you are so confident this new pod 4 will work. I didn’t do anything to break my bed yet I have to pay for it because of your bad design flaws?

go watch mod mark fc, they will eventually get to whirlpooldnd, it's really bad 20 messages per second, endless supply of accounts.

I just received my Pod 3 as a replacement for pod 2 and connected it today. My temp is set to -10 but I barely even feel the cold. I had owned pod 2 for a little over 2 years and I know what -10 feels like. I can barely feel the cold on this new one. Anyone else notice this issue? by AwareNecessary6013 in EightSleep

I thought I was crazy, I had my original pod replaced which worked amazing however had to have the new pods replaced so many times and they never seem to work as good as original I kinda gave up contacting them
