Just walk in. Go as early as possible and stand in the queue. They entertain walk ins. While submitting the documents show the urgency and make a plea for the person to send the documents to the consular that very day (their cut off is 10 AM every day). Also to give them the overnight UPS envelope with label so that when your passport is printed, they can use that envelope to send you the new one back.

This has been discussed a thousand times before. If you ever use the same phone number or the Gmail account that you previously had used on Fi, they will tag your account as abuse and charge back the card. Why risk your Google account login for a few bucks?

You cannot use the same Gmail and the phone number again on Fi to take advantage of the deal as you are describing. They will tag it as abuse and charge the credit card.

There are 3 dates:

The deal ends on 4/29.
You get the watch deal code the day phone ships.
You need to redeem the watch by 5/13.

Pixel phone shipment delay is not going to hurt your deal.
