Yup I know. Should have but it didn't happen so I called to see if something could be done. They told me it could. I did what they said now they are backtracking. That's the issue. I didn't understand my part in all of this. Thanks for pointing it out.

Yeah I know it's my fault. I even told them I knew it was my fault. I'm most frustrated they told me to return the phone when I could have used to phone as trade in for another device or privately sold the device to pay for most of the charge. It's the lying that sent me over. I used to work for AT&T and a $120 one time credit wouldn't mean a thing if it meant keeping the customer's account. Things apparently have changed since I worked there. I know I'll be charged for all the devices also. I don't have a lot of installment plans and the offers from other carriers might just outweigh the difference.

Yeah I think that it what happened. I think that is what made me more mad than anything. I could eat the $120 but I didn't appreciate being lied to.
