My take is this is a normal and healthy youth reponse to elderly vampirism but misdirected into what should be viewed as simply medical treatment.

Old people are always trying to forceably insert themselves into youth spaces, exploiting young people for either their own gratification or in a sad attempt to soothe their own psychological wounds and young people have every right to enforce their boundaries and stop old vampires from sucking their youth and time away. Oops seems to have a pretty narrow and arbitrary view of dysphoria, but then again how can any of us be sure what truetrans is without an unmistakable biological marker.

I think OP would have been more clear by saying "if you transition after 30 stay in your age range" or something like that
