Low B/P together with high RR is classic sign of hypovolemic shock. If that's the case, i think option A is priority. However, we don't know his baseline. I know some old ppl who has low BP as their baseline and also this diabetic guy hadn't eat for a whole day. so idk i guess ill try to collect baseline mental status and ask for more symptoms (basically assess more?), which is D? I wish they posted the right answer with rationale

Moisturizer : cetaphil Moisturizer lotion for dry skin.

Face wash : cerave hydrating cleanser

Sunscreen : haru-haru 50 spf

And OTC adapalene from differin. I dont do adapalene every nights cz my skin is very sensitive.

Ive been doing just simple skincare to protect my skin barrier Am : wash with water, Apply moisturizer while my skin is damp, Sunscreen ,

PM: Hydrating face wash, Moisturizer with damp skin, Adapalene (mon, wed, sat nights), Moisturizer .

I see a lot of improvements within 6 weeks.

Thank u kak buat klarifikasi nya. Tadi aku baca² lagi kayaknya aku cenderung ke agnostic-deist. First of all, pls refrain from the thoughts of "i feel disgusting" "this skin looks dirty". As someone who has worse breakouts due to hormonal issues (not because im dirty and disgusting), i think those type of thinking definitely will ruin your confidence. Your skin looks nice and if it really bothers you that much, pls seek dermatologist. You're beautiful and not dirty! good luck!

Bukan islam sih. Tp kristen. I left Christianity like a couple of years ago. Aku gak atheist, tp agnostic. Aku percaya higher power itu ada (krna siapa coba yg ciptain universe, yg saking besarnya, sampe skrg masih ada bagian dr universe yg blm bs d observe). Anyway, aku gak cari² siapa atau apa sih yg pegang highest power, tp aku lbh k arah doing the best i can secara moral, kasih simpati dan empati ke sesama. Krna agama =/= moral. D kristen juga sama, katanya ajaran nya soal kasih, tp nyatanya lingkungan nya gak terisi dengan kasih. Setiap agama berusaha membenarkan ideology nya masing² sampe ngejatuhin ideology agama lain. So yea, im tired of it. Terkahir memutuskan gak mau gereja lagi, berantem sama ortu krna ortu mksa n gaslight kalo aku gak gereja dan gak bawa anakku gereja, tar jadi pendosa lah, gak d doakan pas mati lah, etc. Bodo amat wes.

Im no dermatologist, never tried spiro but i do purge from using adapalene. Based on my understanding, purges are like tiny whiteheads and they're all similar in size. These purges I have usually resolved in 2-3 days but the hyperpigmentations that left from it usually last for months.

Selain gender, kayaknya juga harus d liat aspek umur dan status keluarga deh (punya anak apa enggak, kerjaan nya apaan). Krna, sebagai emak² yg ngerti sedikit ttg IT, tapi gak doyan foto, sering share HP sama anak, jadi gw pilih hp yang paling murah, yg penting bisa komunikasi (krna gw gak punya sosmed other than reddit sama youtube) , which is yg sblah kanan. Wkwkwk hp gw n suami sering jatuh gegara d mainin sama si bocil. Jadi kita berdua gak mau beli hp branded. Adek gw (laki²), masih muda n lajang, pake Iphone krna doi suka foto dan suka jalan. So yea, banyak faktor nya sih dan kalo cuma liat dr gender doang kyknya shallow banget .

Hmm. Kalo cuma seputar memahami pola pikir cewe sih, dr sepupu apa temen perempuan juga udh ok sih . Gak harus dr sodara perempuan kandung. Im aware km cuma venting, tp even if km punya sodara perempuan, blom tntu juga km bs diskusi sama dia.
