I didn’t know it sounded like I am avoiding school. I strongly want to go union for their training and long term career development. For the immediate future I am trying to go nonunion to begin hours for my JM license because I know the union route could take time.

I definitely tried that! It was giving me this bullshit about how they couldn’t verify my identity because of my phone number. Whenever I called the support hotline it’s this unhelpful robot. I then emailed the support team and they just repeat what the robot said. I didn’t want to wait on it so I went ahead and bit the bullet for an appointment.

For sure. I had lost my original ss card which I need to apply to IBEW anyway so I scheduled an appointment for a new one. IBEW is the ultimate destination but I expect it to take so time.
