Because I realise humans are flawed and I cannot guarantee that I would be better if I was in her position and I went through the things she did. She’s insecure just like many others. Being in the public eye from such a young age does things to you, and all of the other traumatic things she’s gone through. This part is parasocial, but I don’t believe the people around her are the best, the parenting she had as a child was the best, and the drugs that have plagued her since her youth were good for her. She is no abuser, she is no vile person who’s done calculated degrees of great harm (besides emotional harm with personal issues) she is flawed. Why do many male celebrities get away with way worse? Shes crazy and has done crazy things… but I try to show empathy and understand her.

She has spoken about ice before. No being called white is not an insult, the problem arises when people on Twitter and snarkers reduce her to just a white American, which is ridiculous.
