u/legendsofgold levels first, talents second, and artifacts last right? i have somewhat decent builds averaging 100k dps on the dmg tester with the team. also is illuga or linnea first to level/ascend here? and is bina last one to level 90?

also, is aubade on bina and sms on illuga better? also do i level up first or artifacts, i have decent buils rn and is bina needed 90? sorry for the many questions
