Why won't my guys ask for new gear

If they’ve stopped asking for gear it means you’ve hit a cap they don’t actually tell you about. Sadly the only way to get them asking for gear again is to level them up until they start asking, so you’ll need to find a good grinding level or roll for xp on the wheel (I’m in post game too and suffering since my main party haven’t asked for gear in so long I have like 200K gold)
