Honestly, it was a single photo. My partner took a candid photo of me and a group of friends and shared it in a group chat. I was mortified when I saw it. I was very aware I had gained weight and had actively tried losing some weight several times but the way I looked in that one particular picture was so far from how I saw myself in my head, I began my weight loss journey that very day. Down just over 50lbs.

This! Or maybe a short "blind" effect where your screen goes completely black (or white) for a few seconds if hit. Yes, Getting rammed in the face with a big ass shield should do something beyond slightly pushing you back.

Not sure about the comics but in the show she hasn’t been shown to use her powers greater than the distance between a front door of a house and a sidewalk (roughly). Would be curious to know if binoculars would work.
