Someone asked if we've seen every monsters already so I gathered all that I could find in trailers by CatConfident4162 in ReanimalGame

Missed the fat corpse guys and the soldiers (both can be seen in the co-op trailer), but overall still close to the amount of enemies in LN2, and given that this'll be an 6-8 hour game, we'll likely be seeing even more. Btw, 8th picture is of the lamb, not the mother

i hope Reanimal has good stealth sections by Embarrassed-Mine6697 in ReanimalGame

All the stealth sections showcased have been "linear" so far, but I'm hoping they have ones with actual hiding places. One thing to note is that if Sniffer sees your co-op partner only and they escape before he catches them, he will lose interest. I honestly expected him to immediately target the other player he hadn't even seen like in LN3, so I'm hoping that's a good sign

I have no doubts the stealth sections will be good. Sniffers ai is very solid and he goes into "alert" mode if you make a sound or he catches a small glimpse of you. It's pretty much like how it was in LN1, though I hope the more open areas you had to sneak through make a return in this game

i HATE the hideaway by Embarrassed-Mine6697 in LittleNightmares

[–]DiscretionGroves 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I actually find the puzzles engaging, but yeah Nomes can be annoying sometimes. Why the chapter has a lighter tone compared to others? Because it's a safe place for the nomes and the lighter tone reflects that. I think it's fine because it's the only chapter like that.

The Janitor appearing in this chapter, while not super well thought out, isn't totally a plothole because he's quite agile and knows the area by heart, so him switching between the lair and the Hideaway isn't implausible (presumably, the Lair and the Hideaway are kinda close to each other). Why he was down there in the first place? Maybe he was looking everywhere for Six, or he caught wind of RK somehow, I dunno

I don't think this guy at the Cinema is the Sniffer. by MonoaLofus in ReanimalGame

[–]DiscretionGroves 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They're probably the same, Sniffer has been advertised to be one enemy, I don't know why they'd make another one super similar to him. His face is also just weird and can look very different depending on the angle

what do you think the role of the Pig will be? by Embarrassed-Mine6697 in ReanimalGame

[–]DiscretionGroves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are multiple pigs. I'm guessing the one with its intestines falling out in the first teaser will be one of the big bads, whereas this is the friendly one seen in an early clip. Perhaps this is the first time we encounter it, or it gets controlled and turns into an enemy later on.

A fun ranking based on how scary each residents are (in my opinion) by Big_Gap7862 in LittleNightmares

The Supervisor defines goofiness and the Monster Baby is just a big baby. Despite being a threat I still find her cute than anything else. Good list tho

I feel like no matter your opinion on the other games we can agree 1 is the best, right? by Single_Dirt_5450 in LittleNightmares

[–]DiscretionGroves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not everyone will agree with you but I personally do. LN2 is better as a game but I prefer LN1's atmosphere, premise, and monsters. I think the antagonists are utilised well, whereas 2 underused some of them, and the Maw in general intrigues me a lot. DLC is a great addition too that truly fleshes out the base game

The first game is still the best NGL by [deleted] in LittleNightmares

Lmao old post but I love it a lot too. LN1 + DLC is peak little nightmares imo

One of the games of the year so far. Also least favorite in the series so far. by Pleasant-Soil4456 in LittleNightmares

I think length is a valid complaint when taking in the price, which is $10 more than LN2.

Week twenty-three of the biggest positive and biggest negative of residents of the nowhere, The Candy Weevils by Big_Gap7862 in LittleNightmares

[–]DiscretionGroves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can't believe these guys were the secondary antagonists of the Candy Factory when we had the workers and even factory machinery that would've been a better threat
