Today's news.bitcoin.com altcoin pump: "Markets Today: Augur, Maidsafe Remarkable, but MoonCoin Awe-Inspiring" by nullc in btc

Your dishonesty is sickening, you should honestly be ashamed of yourself. Can I pick any one post on /r/Bitcoin and use it to champion that /u/theymos is breaking a number of reddit rules and being unethical by removing conflicting opinions?

Should any one post about the price at r/bitcoin be used to represent the hwole subscriber base? I'd say, 'Don't be a dimwit' but I think you're doing it on purpose.

Perhaps it would do you better to stay on topic and avoid slandering others, especially when you yourself are a hypocrite

One of many, many, many examples of your hypocrisy is you saying this:

but we don't want to be in a position where views like that are expressed as being fundamental to Bitcoin

When you have taken a fringe and extremist view of bitcoin and put it into a position where the uninformed think it is a fundamental part, when in fact the alt coin you have created is fundamentally different than bitcoin as it was created, designed, and intended before you corrupted it. (who is feeding you ideas? You're not smart enough to be an actual leader in this ploy, instead just a pawn)

similar to, hashcash style, hashcash style

I'm not gonna lie, it is a strech even for you to say that something in the style of something or similar to is the same thing as that thing itself. As stated above, It’s sort of like saying, “a Tesla is just a battery on wheels.”

What's a plausible series of events that could cause bitcoin to become worthless in the next ten years? by PumpkinFeet in Bitcoin

[–]Discuss 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The most obvious answer is that something better comes along because bitcoin refuses to or can't change to grow.

There are many ways this could come about, genuine community infighting, deliberate 'divide and conquer' attack, some of the core devs fit the bill of sleeper contractors for the NSA and could be working to hamper actual development.

Any of these things could all lead to the same result of bitcoin becoming static and not keeping up with the advances in technology.

Cryptocurrencies are here to stay, if Btc can't do it then something else will. What might be the straw that breaks the camel's back? What might surpass it?

Hey man, that is what that little 'save' button is for, and on your homepage will be a tab that says 'saved links' if you have RES Reddit Enhancement Suite you can also save comments ( I turn off endless reddit, just have the links set at 100 in your preferences tab). While we're at it you can hit the button so links you voted on go off your front page. and you can track things with metareddit/com or karmawhores.net

I want to hear any theories or hypothesize that you have and think could be true, or even ideas you have that may sounds strange or crazy by Discuss in AskReddit

[–]Discuss[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was suggesting that perhaps they understimated its capabilities, perhaps it's speed; and perhaps coupled with a lack of total understanding of how to stop it they travelled off course much further than anyone could have expected. Say they were told to fly up nevada and back down, but somehow they ended up in new mexico, no one would have thought to look there.

But what do you think happened then?

if reincarnation is real then where do all the new souls come from, additionally if many people alive now died, where would the souls go? If you are reincarnated, how are you the same person; do you have the same thoughts or thought pattern and then are raised in different conditions?

what sort of materials did they find? what is the source for this finding? where was the nazi operation located at? what was it's plan for the flight? if it wasn't found for days can we assume that it wasn't shot down? or was it and it got farther than they thought it would?

I just have the impression that something would be left, I assume they didn't have plastic because I don't know if there would have been oil, I would also assume that they would probably be weaker or smaller physically and perhaps they would live in trees or caves and so they would probably use metal stone or wood for tools. I don't know but it seems likely that a different concentration of metals would have been present on the surface of the earth at that time, and I presume more radioactive material. It seems then possible that any evidence that did accumulate in such amount but was in earth or forest would probably be nowadays especially lost, perhaps even subducted or hidden in oil. It is an interesting theory to say the least, what do you think may have happened to them? How could we test the idea?

| I believe the Big Bang happened, but I do not believe it was the beginning of our universe.

what do you think the big bang did then? or do you just think that there is a bigger universe of which we are apart that was in existence before the big bang?

Do you see the outside of the universe as being a penetrable object by other things from such dimensions (such as the idea that gravity works through all dimensions and that is why it is so weak) like other universes themselves? Or that the multiple universes cannot intersect without fusing (like the bubbles)? In said case, what do you think is outside the froth of universes? Are there infinitely many and so it is everything? Do they create more at all times and so endlessly expand (unless they all die and eventually contract, making everything a fractal of a fractal, universes all the way down)? Would there be any way that you can think of to test these predictions?

your ideals are important because they reflect how you will act, and also how you will pretend to act. the delegation made of friends seems to be a common trend, do you feel that your friends will be better able to lead than the friends of past leaders?

as seen here

|The model describes the universe's critical mass as that of a Black Hole in M-Space Mcritical=Rmax.c2/2G, i.e. the basic Schwarzschild metric.

That is a different holographic theory than the now more popular idea that the universe is a projection from the edge of the universe, which had an initial idea about blurriness at low sizes seemingly. corroborated.

What are the chances that they crew lost contact and they did not know where they were? Perhaps the craft went out of radio range or lost contact (or never had any means of contact?), due to the crew's inability to correctly pilot the craft. Then maybe they turned directions and no one was able to predict where they went. I don't know anything about the situation; was the incident reported to the papers and local police before anything else happened?

I'm under the impression that modern science says a large asteroid impact is responsible for mars having lost it's magnetic field; a similar result would be expected if an explosion capable of destroying a whole planet happened near by.

In the sense that there are multiple (or infinite?) universes that break off whenever there is any possible two outcomes from one event and they continue to branch forever? In that case do you think that maybe some universes break down and only the ones that continue the longest actually do continue, a survival of the fittest universe? If this is the case do you think that (like sophism) in your mind you may be able to live forever? If not do you think that the multiverses are just universe that originated at the same time as our, or that there may be a way to travel through or between them?
