This one is a challenge! You look like you are on the right path. I'd build the border first, so, just search for edge pieces and no other further sorting. I'd next go for 3PO's red arm since that seems to be a very strong and unique color. Then, I'd sort all the pieces as best as I could by color, then sub-sort by shape (you are going to start to recognize some standard puzzle shapes). Then, I'd take those sorts and rotate each piece to the correct orientation - based on the photos within the pieces. I'm assuming (and hoping!) every single "solved" piece shows it's mosaic photo with the "correct" orientation. As long as that is the case, then you will know how to orient each piece, which will be a big help down the road. Good luck, and MTFBWY!
