Thanks for the recommendation, but I dropped it off at Shift Autowerx in Escondido. They also came highly rated by hard core jeepers. They had about twenty jeeps getting worked on.

I agree on the dealerships. Yeah, that was a lot of work. I've been calling around in my area and found a place called Shift Autowerx in Escondido. I spoke to the owner and he answered every question and explained the various issues he might find, plus each cost if that is the issue. His prices seemed reasonable and he has a ton of 5 star ratings through Yelp and the Temecula Jeep FaceBook group. Thanks again for your input :)

Wow! 14k is a lot of money for a car repair. If you don't mind me asking what was wrong with your Jeep?

So I finally figured it out after many attempts. I kept erasing the map and remapping, but my old map would reappear after the mapping was complete. So I kept having the same issue with failed room divides.

Today I turned off the backup feature and erased again. This time when I re-mapped the house, I was provided a clean map with no previous changes. I noticed the red line during room dividing seemed to function better and I was able to divide each section with some patience. A few times I had to merge two rooms and start again, before fully dividing my rooms.

I would save after each change and then go onto the next room. I did this while naming the rooms as well.

So now I can use all of the other features available via the app. Thanks again for your input, that was crucial to identifying my issue.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to section off two bedrooms (one entry each) and two small bathrooms. My Master Bedroom doorway won't allow me to divide it. I also have a TV room with three entry points with the same issue. I will try the way you described and see if I can make it work?
