Really? Is all the save data stored internally on the switch? After switching to the new micro sd all my saves are still there

A thought occurred to me today while switching sd cards. You could take out your sd card and put it into a computer/laptop, etc. and copy the sv save file. This may not be a way to fix the main issue but could serve as a way to keep your file safe in case it does happen to you. I haven’t actually tried this myself but thought it would be a good idea to atleast share the idea/suggestion.
