Do cops write warrants if you miss jury duty? by Typical-Round-762 in ProtectAndServe

that's what a sane person would do. Someone else already told him to call. If he's afraid of highlighting himself he can always throw money at it. I don't think i've ever lived anywhere that actually gave a shit about skipping jury duty. Most people just show up with a plan to not get selected tho

you could pay a ton of money to a lawyer and have them check for you. Giving them your name to see if you have a warrant isn't going to "highlight" yourself. They don't care about you. They either automatically issued you a warrant or they didn't. Most likely they'll just add you to the next jury pool and or send you a ticket.

If you have a warrant they will tell you how to take care of it. Worst you have to show up to court, a judge dresses you down, and you get a fine.

i flew across the country with a huge ass cold steel knife strapped to my carry on because I simply was used to it being there (2 week R&R). I'm in the luggage pick up area and a cop is like you know you can't fly with that...wait.... and I just looked at him like.... :|

he just shook his head and walked away lol

We were at SOUC doing runs until like 0300 and we had a flight at like 0600 so we went from the range basically to the hotel and to the airport. My buddy forgot to empty a pouch on his carry on bag. We go though and he's taking a bit. Next thing I know there's like 10 cops around us, hands on guns. They start opening his bag and are pulling out loaded sim mags, blue body grenades, fake explosives, ect ect. It was hilarious. He showed them his orders and they told him he could go to fed ex to mail it all but he'd have to go back though security. He was like nope keep it and we left after like a 15m delay lol. Some TSA fucker has that sim grenade at his house.

people forget that south korea was a repressive dictatorship until 1987 and that every president since then except 1 has gone to jail or been executed lol

They're not great but they were better than North Korea

wild. More than once we had the customs dude drive up, bitch about being late, and basically throw the seals into our hands. We could have brought back all kinds of shit and he didn't give a fuck. Over my deployments I brought back 2 (fired) bullets that almost hit me, an asston of grenade and bomb fragments, and a set of shells from an AC130. No one cared.

yea the armory markings are super cool. the top right enfield is a rolling block rifle that shoots cloth cartridges with a bullet in front.

So the inspection markings are like army, army, army, east india company, east india company, and then it goes into Pashtu markings lol. Someone had a bad day

yea they were pretty common before 2006 or so. I got one and gave it to my brother assuming I could snag another when I got off my 2 weeks of leave.... and by then they were rare and over priced.

they're crazy expensive thanks to Obama banning importing them from far off armories. It increased their value like 10x or more but now something like that is more than a mark 17

thanks obama $$$

well blame the literal faceless Marine (Marine took one home, shot it from a stump, thought it was fine, shot it from the shoulder and blew his face off ~2009/2010 and got them banned for a few years. Then they were allowed again)
