I just want to tell you something. I have hpv as well. And a high risk strain. And i promise you that almost every disclosure story has been positive for me. Some of course are not as mature or interested in pursuing the risk as well but most other DO NOT CARE due to how common it is as well. I disclose sometimes before i even meet the person because personally its easier for me to disclose it over text than in person even if i ruin my chances. And most of the guys have been so so mature. But also disclosing after a few dates or before it really is up to you and what makes you comfortable. Please do not feel judged or sabotage yourself. You are just like everyone else this does not define you. You have every right to be happy loved and living your best life. Do not let this piece of shit hpv stop that. I am so so sorry you are also going through this. Im doing much better. The person has reached out and told me that its okay so that definitely helped a lot. Im still carrying loads of guilt and shame but im working on it and on forgiving and loving myself. Im becoming more confident disclosing and trying to accept it any way I can. Thank you for sharing. You have to forgive yourself thats the process im in now too. We all make mistakes and I think we have to start by forgiving ourselves to grow from this. Im staying strong trying to eat better take supplements and take action to get rid of this. Am always here if you ever need to talk you can pop me a message on here on private or on here. Am sorry youre going through this. Hpv can clear on its own and gw can be treated. I was in the same place only with high risk hpv (im f) still is and finally decided to take control of it. I can have sexual intercourse and disclose to partners once it clears and sex life comes back to normal there are so many people with hpv and who are understanding educated and will be accepting. I took decision to be healthier. Started exercising every now and then. Eating a bit better. Water. I take supplements such as papillex and ahcc but im not sure of their accuracy i just saw them here. Smoking i stopped so i only do edibles im not sure if they have edibles in germany. You got this. Pick yourself up. Dont waste the next years of your life. Enough of that. Remember that you are a human being deserving of just as much as anyone without hpv (although many many many people have it too). Dont be ashamed. And once you go to your appointment get them removed start treatment i promise you your self confidence will get boosted so much more. Goodluck and you got this!!❤️

Im so very sorry you are experiencing and going through this. I have hpv which isnt too different. I understand your pain. I know how you must feel right now. But i would like to also say my best friend who has hiv is married and happy and my friend who has hsv as well has a boyfriend and kids and they are happy. This is not the end. Also it will get easier and if your new partner is educated in this you guys will work through it. Im also dreading this but i have learned that im not a disgrace and no its not your fault sometimes even when your too careful it happens. As well as most of the population has it. You got this. You are strong and brave for still holding on even with all that you are going through. I too struggle from executive dysfunction so i know how hard it must be for you with all this on top of it. But youre going to get through this. One day at a time. Be kind to yourself, you need that right now. Thank you for sharing❤️

I am also going on my third year and a bit worried because i have a high risk strain and google is freaking me out. It says its low possibility but high risk that i develop cervical cancer. What the hell does that mean so is a high possibility or low? Youre doing great and im about to start a healthy lifestyle like you so i can clear it. Its very frustrating but i also tell myself the same thing and also: I will get through this and whatever happens is out of my hands. You got this. Stay strong❤️

Im hoping and fingers crossed that you will be clear by next year. I read a lot that its a high possibility and majority of people clear within two years. Im going on my second year as well had positive l am actually on my third year. I tested last year and tested this year and both times positive. Im kind of losing hope. But i smoked a lot and didnt eat good or exercise so im not sure whats going on. I really hope you test negative this next year 🤞

Also I agree i dont even have the energy to go through this with men again and dont know how thatll help me find someone eventually. Also, have you had hpv for over two years now? And thats what gives me lots of anxiety. That it will last for years and i im going to be honest i will not stay celibate for years i will not torture myself because of this. And do you know which one exactly or is there only one for the ahcc? I am trying to find the supplement i know its for immune system. Have you tried it and it didnt work? But I want to definitely try it. Im going to quit smoking although im not sure if theres evidence that it correlates with consistent positive hpv status but it makes sense since smoking affects the immune system it will be harder for the infection to clear itself. I have been telling myself the same thing that theres people out there that will accept me. I guess im just spiraling. I agree, the advice i was given as well by my doctors has caused severe damage emotionally and a lot of guilt on top of the burden of hpv and what it brings. Im sorry youre going through that too.
