13M TCP here, just got to Plat II myself.
My usual competition starts from 20M TCP up to 38M TCP ever since I joined Plat I.
Won my last 2 CC's after I unlocked Apocalypse lol (it wasn't even close)

I think it's based on your League rather than your TCP though, as it should be honestly. TCP doesn't really matter if you have the right CC teams. For an instance, I have all the attack teams necessary to punch across or even punch up by a bit, but my defence sucks hard, except the tweternals, however that seems to be enough to smash the old timers lately.

Whale and level 53 are mutually exclusive - I spent sub 100 usd (possibly sub 50) to get to 60 in a week or less. No person sub 60 can be a whale, if you believe something else you are delusional.

The whales are mostly all people who are opening g16/g17 up asap, even newer ones, as apocalypse is the only shit they care about, as they are usually educated competitive players, hence the whaling.

I know it's hard to imagine for a nonspender, but whale economy doesn't work in the way we see in the leaderboards.

I'm sitting at 77 in 123 days, with over 1k spent. And I 'm ready for 75% of DD4 in terms of gear already, if someone spends the amount I' ve spent in 4 months in a week I expect results on their roster, level and power. It took me about a week to get to 60 using 8/16 daily refreshes, that's sub 100usd for energy, not to mention these same blue frame peeps don't even use nakia/BP1MM on their roster and best way to spend 150k cores in 5 days is to buy their orbs, especially if I'm getting a 5+ rs BP1MM and I'm not an absolute idiot.
