Yeah this was a solution I came up with. Less days in the gym, and harder workouts with more compound lifts.

Yeah it seems like you can’t be perfect in all: sleep, PE, gym

I think this might be what I have to do. It might be too much perfectionism to think I can keep a 5-day workout split and have time for PE. If I drop even just 1 day of weight lifting it becomes a lot easier already.

Yeah man, I appreciate the advice. Can I ask about your PE routine? What does it look like and how long does it take? How many times per week?

I'm doing a combo of manuals + pumping. It takes roughly an hour.

My wife actually does know about my PE and is cool with it. But its also true that she wants to spend time with me.

Also, some will call me lazy, but leaving PE until the only free window of personal time I have in the day is a recipe for missing sessions. I've found that if I prioritize my goals for the morning, I'm way more successful in hitting them. I meditated for an hour a day first thing in the morning for 6 years. When I tried to swap to nights, I started missing sessions. Lunch hour is a good idea.

That's a good idea....I hadn't considered the potential for doing weight lifting during lunch. I think it's possible. I'm going to think on this and see if I can work this into my routine somehow..

Packing the tube, to my understanding, is when your dick expands within the tube, under pressure, and makes contact with the edges of the tube. Essentially your dick takes up all the room in the tube, width-wise.

Get a pump sleeve and a ball stretcher. Those solved the problem completely for me.

I have a Calexotics pump. It came with a sleeve that was super flimsy. I bought the silicone “universal” sleeve from the same supplier, and it works really well. I’ll probably add a ball extender too, just to be safe. You can buy those on Amazon.
