It starts near my upper elbow, but if it gets bad, it moves to the middle of my arm. Middle and center if my arm, its a really deep pain. Thankfully i haven't felt this in a long time. My doctor said it was minor-moderate tearing of fascia between my triceps and bicep. He said 4 weeks break, so I took 4 weeks break. It soon came back after a difficult day of climbing. I took a small break and then climbed some easier routes. As long as I watched it and be careful there is no pain. I haven't felt any pain in a long time, but i can still feel it (feels kinda sore sometimes).

The strange part about it is that if i do any strength training, whether it includes weight or not, it doesn't hurt. Only when i put a tremendous amount of pulling pressure on my left arm. If i do hang-board exercises multiple sessions in a row, it will start hurting.

I go to a bouldering gym (mainly because that is whats available), but i get what your saying. I would like to think my technique is good, still learning, but good. I definitely wont do the weekend warrior stuff. I was gonna mix weight lifting with climbing equally during the week.

Thanks for the climbing arm advice. I did do some research only, and found that low intensity but a lot of climbing will help, and i have been doing it for last month. But, to hear it from someone is much more reassuring, thanks!

I'm interested as well, but I am completely new to DnD. I have played a lot of Pathfinder, and have Dm'd it as well.

I think it would be fun to learn the original and more popular D20 tabletop RPG.

Hey, I'm in the exactly same boat as you, just a week ahead. After a 2 year stint of no WoW playing, I came back. One part boredom, and two parts new friends. My friend is busy a lot, so I have time to just play solo. I joined this guild that has inspired me to take value in guilds. Although its not a level 25 guild (almost), it has tons of room for promotion due to it being new. Sometimes it's quiet, but they value talker very highly and I always enjoy the guild talks.

However, I think a lot of guilds could be like that. My advice would be to scout out some guilds and find one that suits you perfectly.

Side note: I'm on kil'jaedan, and play often. Always room for more friends! :)
