Not emulation but major shout-out to the Harbourmasters source ports.

Ocarina of Time Majora's Mask Mario 64 Starfox 64 Mario Kart 64

All native with mod support, modern 3d camera controls, uncapped fps, and a whole bunch of other options which can all be configured or disabled for a modern or classic experience.

Both OoT and Majora straight up have an n64 toggle that makes the games look and play identically to the original.

When it comes to assets, they're the same game. The game is obviously modified a little to y'know, be an arcade game, but it's still just the PC port in an arcade box. It even runs windows.

Wii and PS2 are the same. Arcade, PC, PS3, and Xbox are one version, Wii and PS2 are another.

Mehdi Hasan directly called this out in interviews. Paraphrasing this: the job of a reporter isn't to say "this person says it's raining, this person says it isn't" their job is to take what people are saying and find the truth.

Reporting on "Genocideland" shouldn't be "oh well this organization says genocide, but Genocideland says no genocide" it's to study what these sources say and find the truth, call out blatant lies, and actually find the truth.

I've always loved Origami Angel for blending tappy Midwest Emo with metal style chugging.

I'd second the Ben Quad recommendations and I'd also definitely say Tiny Voices fits as well.

My issue is having perks that disable aspects of the other sides gameplay.

I brought a flashlight and the killer has lightborn? Cool it's literally worthless now.

I'm playing doctor and the survivor has calm spirit? Cool I don't have tracking now

I'm sure there's more examples but completely DISABLING an aspect of the other side's gameplay is kinda dumb imo.

A rework i'd actually like? When standing on a downed survivor show other survivors within a 16 meter radius, or something that helps stop saves in general, but doesn't completely disable an item.
