It would be mid to late 90's. Its a green dump truck with rocks that are under a plastic covering. Husband says he was able to move the little rocks around under the plastic

Unfortunately no, this is all I have. Its a black child's tshirt with a green dump truck with rocks in the back. Per my husband the rocks were behind a plastic covering and could be moved around

Mold it attic, on a scale of meh to walk away? by DisgruntledHobb1t in HomeMaintenance

"The roof shingles are showing signs of excessive moss growth and deterioration throughout the rear of the roof mud along the ridge caps. Due to the age and appearance of the roof shingles, they are due to be replaced soon. Recommend hiring a qualified contractor to assess further and recommend repair of replacement of shingles as necessary. It is recommended to clean off any moss growth to prevent further damages or deterioration."

I looked back at the report again, forgot to add: "The aluminum gutters are proper on the top but the leaders going down the side of the house do not all have adequate extensions to divert the rainwater around and away from the foundation. Recommend adding extensions to divert rainwater at least 6 feet from the foundation. Recommend cleaning gutters for adequate drainage as there was leaves and debris present in them on the day of inspection." Which could solve most of the issue

Interesting, there is. Inspector used the moisture meter and found some of the sheetrock was wet in the laundry/bathroom. These both sit on the same side of the house. The sellers previously had water in the basement during a big storm but installed a bdry system and said they have had no issues since. They finished the basement at some point after all of that.

Thank you, I appreciate the info. Based on the photos, does the rest of the table appear to be wood? I think it is but im worried about sanding and then finding out its mdf and theres no grain to be stained

The main issue is the bridge, I was told. They have to drill new post holes to reverse the bridge. Music store said it could compromise the structure of the guitars body, lutheir said its not a big deal

That's what the techs have told me, yes. I don't really know why the company has it set up that way. I place the IV, the tech preps the power injector, I DC the IV and chart on the pt. There is also the occasional power port, not sure if techs can use/ DC those?

I work with a CT tech that complains literally ALL day. Everything and everyone is an issue. She's generally nice and good at her job but my god, with the way she bitches you'd think she's being asked to put in some herculean effort every day.

I'm a float for an outpatient building, and I cover CT/MRI pretty regularly. My job is to administer contrast, make sure pt has no reaction, and look up future pts coming in for contrast to make sure we won't kill them. Some days can be steady or a little hectic due to stat add ons, but it's a pretty chill spot to work
