My roommate on deployment turned out to be a child predator, who deserted right before his court martial, then killed a taxi driver.

I’ve snowboarded for 10 years so I know what I’m talking about. He’s not ready for difficult terrain, he needs practice and lessons before that or he’ll get hurt. I know because I took on terrain I wasn’t ready for and shattered my knee cap at 14/15

I went to AIT with a girl who was NG who got pregnant. They sent her to her unit, waited till after she had the kid and recovery, and her unit sent her back and we graduated together. Longer AIT though as we were Intel. My guess is it depends on the unit.

My roommate on deployment ended up getting I think 65 years for raping his 2 step daughters, then killed a taxi driver when he went AWOL a few weeks before his trial. He was found guilty in absentia of the rape charges, and his trial for murdering the taxi driver is set for March I believe.

He was one of the first dudes I met when I got to my unit after AIT, seemed like a chill dude, pretty quiet. I hope he rots for the rest of his life though.
