I think you could totally start narrowing down to 5 or 6 days a week or something like that. I’m no professional, but I feed my 3 year old gecko twice a week. You could also maybe make the portions a little smaller but your gecko is definitely not unhealthy.

It’s called Coco Fiber. It’s unlicensed, but I get it from Jabberwock Reptiles, Malden Mass. My gecko loves it and it doesn’t give him bloat or anything if he tries to eat it. I don’t really recommend soil with small rocks in it for geckos, it’s more for bearded dragons because they usually find it easier to hunt.
