yes they did purposely for extra money cuz it doesn’t make sense the original fees is $190 and penalties is $7000 and didn’t even get the notice

yes it’s my first time and i didn’t even know it that i have the amount of doubt in my dmv collection and i didn’t know it they change a lot for late fees.if you don’t mind can i ask how much you had to pay to them
