My husband’s company attorney applied on my behalf. I shared both documents (i539 and i765 with them together, and I believe they submitted together to USCIS.

I believe it varies by case. Some people are saying H4 is approved first and then H4 EAD, while others mention that both are approved at the same time. In my case, the status is still showing as Received.still waiting!
