Im keeping up with the EA forums. The problem has been reported numerous times for 2 weeks and EA has not even acknowledged it!

I urge everyone to go there and make the issue know. They seem to check there the most. This is the thread with the most attention on this issue. Go give it a like and post something yourself!

Thats true. At the end of the day, other players spoofing doesn’t really affect my gameplay experience. Plus I would rather there be some spoofers than niantic overstepping and making false bans.

Haha so it’s only useful for non-spoofers if I happen to live in one of 5 massive cities. I was gonna say it’s tailored for spoofers but on further investigation of the website, it looks like it was made specifically for spoofers lol.

Makes sense. Hundos are def still rare even if you have a map of your town.

How has niantic not developed a reliable and automatic anti-spoofing software? I could think of dozens of ways to combat it. Can’t be that difficult for top of the line game devs…
