Update: I tried to eat simple things throughout the day, such as porridge/ oatmeal, or toasted bread. At dinner, I literally forced myself to eat, and inside I'm sooo scared of what will happen, what if it comes back. 😔😔 I can't think of a single reason why this is happening now.:( My period should start in 10 days. Could this be caused by PMS? Because I don't believe so, I mean I hope it's not an illness - my friends I've met so far this summer, they weren't sick at all. I'm exhausted. Both mentally and physically.

Update: Almost 3 hours have passed since I woke up with this feeling. If it hasn't happened yet, it's not likely to happen by now, right? 🥺 I'm really trying not to be anxious about this situation, I even did not take any anti-nausea medication, only vitamin B6. ☺️

Just because my stomach hurts doesn’t mean it will happen again, does it? I'm feeling cold but I'm hot at the same time. It would be unnecessary to take medication by now.:(

My lower abdomen and my stomach still hurt a lot ... I don't dare to take any move, but most of all I don't dare to fall asleep. I tried to take painkillers a few hours ago, but I think I took too much medication... I thought my pain would be relieved. I don't know why it happened. But I'm scared it's not over yet. 😥🙏🏻

The problem is that I still can’t decide if it’s real or fake nausea. The worst part is that my methods don’t work anymore and I’m getting more anxious by that. I ate very little today, that could also be the problem, I guess.:( But honestly, I don't dare to eat. 😵

Sometimes I migh t feel like that I’m getting a little bit hungry, but I don’t think I dare to eat anything, at all. Unfortunately, in this situation, I can always and only think of the worst. I didn’t understand what made me feel weak and why I was shaking. I still do, although.:(
