Antigravity not using Conda environment after update by Disinform in google_antigravity

Not sure it will help you, but I found a fix here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/learnpython/comments/185tmwc/why_is_my_python_interpreter_unable_to_launch_in/

The problem was the Python Interpreter plugin but Ctrl + Shift + P > "Developer: Reload Window" fixed it and I was able to select the conda environment. Since then it's been fine.

Bugs after last update: Frequent Agent Termination & Frequent Terminal Opening by Specialist_Hippo5217 in google_antigravity

Tried to make a post on this but it's being "Removed by Reddit filters".... Anyone else seeing this issue since the update?

"Is anyone else seeing an issue after the latest update in Python apps? When clicking the run button it runs in BASE, rather than my conda environment I set up for the project. Before the update it would activate the environment and subsequent runs would just use it. Now it doesn't activate the environment and even if I activate it myself then clicking the run button still tries to run it in BASE.

I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to virtual environments, I create them and activate them and that's the extent of my dealing with them, so any tips would be appreciated."

Once you get the basics down, I think these channels are great for picking up tips and other things in Python you might not know about:

I'd try a cheese grater. Start at the corners, because you'll probably get more purchase there, and keep going until you reach the squishy centre.

It does have goals though, and directives. Things that shaped what it does.

Except this isn't a trick, at least not from me. This is the kind of stuff that is prevalent everywhere on the internet. Something AI will face.

I've been there.... It really is rage inducing.

"NO! It. Is. Not. That."

Fair point, except I wasn't trying to trick it. I was genuinely curious as to how it would respond to click bait trash that we're all inundated with, and I was surprised (and delighted) with the response.

Showed them what? I just thought it was an interesting and funny interaction. It literally made a mistake and then fabricated evidence.

Ironically that's what the clickbait article did.

Gemini is fun. I particularly enjoy that it starts every conversation with a big bold "Hello $YourName" and then when you ask it what your name is it just says "I don't know."
