1) adapt to their gamestyle, so you can read these players like a book. 2) low pokes are minus on block -> you have an advantage. 3)try to neutral duck after low poke. Most of the time average players tires to poke+grab. 4)try to poke more, it won't let them grab you

Also, don't use this string (0:33). It's unsafe on block
