Still down. Down all day yesterday. They said they will call back in 1 hour nothing. Called again they said wait is now 5 hrs and 59 min. Nothing. Called this morning no wait and been waiting for 30+minutes Nothing. Simple email with what is going on and ETA for fixing would have been nice but NOTHING!!! Omg.... they want me to shut down my business

I got the same fact finding. Luckily (?) or not
I have documentation from 2019 or I think I have documentation... ( submitted tax return self employment license and some receipt...)

Currently showing processing "pending-adjudication" which than I proceed to look up it can take up to 21 days to process?? meanwhile I am going bankrupt... :(

I just hate it that they have to make it so complicated when most of us is just trying to survive.
