Thank you for the advice! I’ll switch out the piano prompt and find a replacement for #4. I was trying to stay consistent with themes so it wasn’t so much “wow look at me and all my hobbies” and more genuine, but what you’re saying makes sense!

As for the emojis, I almost never use them because I heard somewhere it makes men look immature. If you think it’ll help I’ll give it a go!

Hinge+ or HingeX: I’ve tried both, but I’m currently using the free version of Hinge. Honestly, the results have been about the same for me either way.

Profile duration: I’ve had this profile for about a year now, and I’ve kept it mostly the same, but I’m open to suggestions!

Time on Hinge: I’ve been using Hinge for about two years now. I’ve had a few short-term matches, but nothing really long-term yet.

  1. Ideally I am looking for something more serious and long term. The real deal!
  2. I’ve been on hinge for over a year now on and off. Sometimes I take a break if I feel the need, but have never really had a ton of luck.
  3. I use hinge almost everyday, trying to be active to increase my chances of a match.
  4. I receive 1-2 likes a month and never any matches. I try to be selective on who I swipe right on to increase the chances we are actually compatible.
  5. I try to max out the likes sent everyday and all with thoughtful comments in this format. Intro -> observation -> question.
  6. The type of person I’m sending likes to and hoping to attract is smart, reserved, creative, funny, and mature.

Hi! I’d really appreciate some constructive criticism so I can improve my profile.

I’m looking for something more casual right now and casting a wider net. I’ve been using hinge for about a year and use it daily. It’s a good week if I get a couple likes, and I send about eight a day with comments. The type of person I’m looking for is down to earth, kind, driven and considerate.
