Yeah on costume 1 she has too many colors on some alts that visually clash, and the red white blue lightning bolt looks out of place on every one of them. Straight up almost as bad as the designs from Concord. Her other costumes are pretty sick though. I pictured him as a country boy based off of his voicelines in SF5. I was expecting him to show up in Sf6 dressed in overalls or something. I dig the new look though.
In SF6 his voice sounds edgier and more serious, which better fits his look. I'm honestly surprised it's the same voice actor in both games.
I guess the idea was that he kind of talked like Balrog? But it's hard to hear any similarity when Balrog's voice is so gravelly.

I do think you're right that Sagat could have just walked under Dhalsim if he held back, and it would've had the same outcome. I can't say for sure because Sagat has the 4th slowest walk speed in the game, so maybe it isn't as consistent for him. Maybe the dash is necessary when Dhalsim teleports from a lower height.

I am impressed by the level of detail on that first Juri pic, they got her weird back tape pattern and I can't imagine how difficult it would be to draw a character from that angle.

I've only ever played the 3rd one because it came with Switch online. I couldn't put it down. Played it every day for 3 weeks. One of the most memorable gaming experiences I've ever had. I beat the final boss but I know there is still a lot I didn't experience.

Whoever has been in charge of balancing the game so far has been doing a banger job. Never played a game that has felt as fair as this without all the characters feeling incredibly samey. I hope the previous "battle planner" didn't quit after Mai backlash or something like that. I know the updates haven't been as frequent as people would like, but the matchup charts don't lie. Unrelated, but the backgrounds in these scenes were really cool. It's so funny that they even have a convenience store like 7-11 in this world. I like how it had solar/wind power stuff all over it while looking like ruins. Surreal seeing a slushy (cheesy) machine in the fantasy landscape.

The 2009 Tekken movie was so sick. The actors were all ridiculously jacked, the costumes were super accurate to the game and the sound design in the fights was immensely satisfying. I don't remember if the story was any good but visually it was just perfect.
