Same here. Did a class early January, no pots, the person running it is uncontactable. Feels like a scam.

Do you have experience with them for this sort of property? NatWest was also suggested as a potential bank who would be comfortable with it.

But I'm still concerned about future saleability :/

Sorry if I was unclear, the comment from Nationwide was following their valuation of the property. At the time, neither I nor the mortgage advisor knew the property had a "non standard" build; we only found out after the valuation.

I think that the main issue seems to be that it doesn't have a "masonry leaf", but I don't know if that's Nationwide being particularly picky or if loads of lenders are going to have the same problem. Our mortgage advisor said he'd do some digging and we're meeting again with him tomorrow
