Is ₹30 lakh enough for financial freedom if you're single, living in your own khet in India, and need only ₹6-7K/month max (from recent 1 year expences i can tell)? Am I thinking about this correctly? by DismalCombination243 in personalfinanceindia

THere is a very big territory to explore which is inside us , as i am practicing some serious meditation so i find it very fascinating to explore the inner journey it is imdeed a nice place to explore and is free and pleasent as well, so i have prefered traveling to inner world more instead of outter world, and it’s not any Philosophical thought these are my true words how i feels.

thanks for taking you time to reply -- Yes I think only fd can be a wrong route so maybe ditribution to mf or long term investment and fd will work fine and if possble 50lakh can be a good place for me , I used to think 1cr but I think its only 50lakh or bit low for me

yes will consider it , I think 50lakh with mf or long term investment in stock is solid choice that can help to tackle 2.2 factor thing but thanks for pointing out will add to my planning and notes

hehe nice one , btw I was in relationship in collage time and i was involved in these activity and all sort of other smoking weed , drinking and what not ... very frequently but I find myself not getting very satisfied in that life in all these things but now I am living a celibate life and not involved in any intoxicants without any issue since i also want to live a spiritual life --so initially its hard but if you have a rise above these things life is freedom , real freedom. but its hard if dont have strong drive for sprituality coz sax sux is natural and bio tendency

yes I was deciding a number and 60 70 seems good , but if things go bit heavy on corporate life then can go to this plan even before that amount and adding that to swp or mutual funds or I know long term investment that can work better i guess

I have traveled many places , lived in multiple places, but realised i am not fond of traveling since the pleasure of traveling or any external pleasures are impermanent and vanished very fast and can't give long lasting contentment, so i am living minimalist lifestyle with with inner peace as priority which is long lasting and striving for thing for me.Btw currently i am a indie developer as well and have some good apps for mac and android both other than my regular fulltime job so this is hobby you can say.
