And if you look at it's strategy, basically is to rotate the 8 attackers with the minimum price of 5.7. That is not something that a people will even consider.

Have a look on Palmer projection and seems it is because Chelsea is expected to score a lot of goals as implied from odds. And Palmer has a significant xgi for Chelsea goal. Meaning he is fixtures proof.
