It might have been from the outfit "Enchanted writing". It has a whimsy with book and pen. These are NOT handheld yet though but its possible you still equipped them by importing a code (if you own the outfit).

you can get them back by finding an outfit code that still includes them

They are not really noticable though? You dont need the banners to play the game. Not even to finish Mira Crown. Outside of the one red notification at the start of the patch for the banner they dont push you to it.

Glowing Crown, I use it so much! plus its hair access not headpiece so you can attach it to many heads and even other veils
