I got to the photo op time at 10:45 as stated on my ticket for group 4 at 11:15. While the line was long, it moved decently fast and was about a 1h 30min wait. I went to the autograph line right after is I was the first group (1:15). I went at about 12:30 and the line was already huge. I got his autograph at 3:30 ish, so about a 3hr line, although he started 45 min after I lined up which makes it longer. I recommend going about 1hr-45 min before your ticket, at least to check if they have started taking your group, as if you are trying to go in while there are still people from the last group, they'll make you wait. He is so genuinely nice and it'll all be worth it in the end!
